The CLEAR offers assistance in producing distributed learning courseware by providing the following production services:
- Expert consultation on the most appropriate technology to use to deliver a particular sequence of instruction
- Organization and coordination of a production schedule to develop the course
- Supervision of student assistants to produce graphics and artwork, screen layout, programming, audio and video digitization
